Hello Families!

A reminder that our meet this weekend is a Tri Meet at Chartridge, 455 Retford Dr, Severna Park, MD. Since this is a tri meet, time management is key. Please arrive by 8:15am at the latest. We have the last warm up slot, but have to be done no later than 8:50am. Here is some further information from the official and the host team. 

Timer volunteers: your timer meeting is at 8:45. After the meeting, first half timers are to immediately report to their lane, so please be prepared if that applies to you.

Stroke and turn judges: your officials meeting is at 8:35. One person will do IM and Freestyle events, the other will do Backstroke and Butterfly. We do not need to have a S&T judge after butterfly events are over.

Setup: we are being assigned the white pavilion nearest the baby pool. Swim Tent City may need to set up outside the main pool fence, but let's see what we can do!

Parking: The parking lot is small, and we have not been given further instructions for alternate locations. There may be a morning-of announcement once one of us is onsite to get more info!

Lastly, if you have volunteer points you need to earn, please reach out to us directly. We can unassign some parents who are above the requirement and open up a spot for you!
