Hey families- 

Last minute reminders for tomorrow from the host team. Looking forward to a great morning! See you at 8am! 

Because of the number of swimmers and volunteers, we are asking that the pool deck area be limited to swimmers, coaches, officials and volunteers only. We are setting up a spectator viewing area at the shallow end of the pool, and there will be some space off to the side near the entrance.

The Adult relay will be a go!  We will limit it to 1 relay per swim club 🙂 We will aim to do it at the "half-time" switch, unless anyone feels differently. 

We will be selling t-shirts to commemorate the event. We will be selling grey shirts for $20 and tie-dye for $25. We will be able to take cash or charge for the shirts (and I believe the concession stand also takes charge.) We will have a 50/50 raffle that will be cash only.

As a friendly reminder, make sure families are entering Coppermine Four Seasons when getting directions (or just use this address: 2710 Hampstead Mexico Rd, Hampstead, MD 21074). When I was up there today, they had some stuff blocked off around the pickle ball court in the lower parking area, so please remind families to park up in the main lot and walk around. 

We will also be opening access to some of the bathrooms in the actual fitness facility. Please share with families that if they are entering the building for the restroom, they should not be running around on the courts or other areas of the fitness center.
