Hello Hammerheads! 

Thank to everyone who has signed up for volunteer slots during tomorrow's Time Trials!! Our success is dependent on all our wonderful families!

We need 5 timers, a timesheet runner, and someone to help with the Tent City setup! Tomorrow is the perfect time to learn about the volunteer roles and maybe even try something new! 

Here's a few reminders...

• Volunteers need to arrive on time and check in with the Volunteer Coordinator upon arrival (Tent City assistants must arrive no later than 7:30am)
• All swimmers need to arrive by 7:45am to prepare for warmups 8:00am.
• Don't forget goggles and swim caps. 
• Be sure to bring your pop up tent! 

Also, anyone who ordered swim team gear during early registration can pick up their items at Time Trials. The other orders are expected in 2 - 3 weeks.
