Hello –

We have received the meet notice for the Andover Invitational Meet occurring on Wednesday July 8^th at Andover Recreation.

• Warm-ups are 5:30 – 6:00PM
• The National Anthem will immediately follow warm-ups and then the competition begins.

This meet follows all the regular individual events. We are not entering any relays.

This swim meet is a positive intent meet. This means we can only enter your swimmer if you complete this form by Sunday July 5th.

Please determine what event(s) your swimmer(s) will be swimming: IM, freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke and make these selections in the form. You can select up to three (3) events. There is an entry fee of $5 per event

Please note, there are ‘slower than’ times for this meet. If your swimmer’s time is faster than the time listed for that event, they are not eligible to enter that event.

If you do not complete this form by the deadline (Sunday July 5^th) we will assume your swimmer is not participating in the meet.

Additional notes:

• Participation is optional
• Volunteers needed! Sign-ups are open in Swimtopia. These roles must be filled for us to participate in the meet.
• There are no DQs at this event and everyone who participates will receive an award! Gold/Silver/Bronze medals are given for 1st - 3rd places and large colorful rosette ribbons are given for 4th - 12th places. A participation rosette ribbon will be given to swimmers who receive no other award. This is a guaranteed night of fun and happy swimmers!
• Concessions & Food Truck will be open during the meet with dinner and snack items for sale.
• Rain Date is Thursday July 10^th
